Do I need the Kit and a subscription?
No. They serve different needs. Club is a member resource library and workspace; the Kit is a downloadable pack you keep. Combo gives you an optional one-use 50% Kit discount, not a second recurring charge.
Is Let It Out a paid counselling service?
No. Private reflection and an optional email to our support team are free. Responses are manual and timing is not confirmed. It is not emergency care, therapy or guaranteed professional advice. AI support is not active.
Are Buzz, voice notes or future workshops included?
They are not available as paid benefits today. Choose based on the features listed above. We do not charge you for a roadmap or promise a new content drop every month.
I already subscribe. Should I buy again?
No. Open your existing member link and use Manage billing, or contact [email protected] to discuss your options. Do not create a second subscription. This page does not change your existing price.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage billing from your member page before the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds, except where required by applicable law.
